Interior Workplace Solutions (IWS) is a privately owned commercial office dealer with showrooms located in Reading and Allentown. With the main facility located in Allentown, their previous showroom and primary distribution center had overflowed into three buildings. The decision was made in late 1999 to construct a new single story 36,000  s.f. facility on one of the last remaining lots in the Iron Run industrial Park west of Allentown. It would include 7,000 s.f. of versatile office and working showroom space adjacent to 29,000 s.f. of warehouse and distribution space.
