The 500,000 s.f. facility includes a 40,000 sf cooling area for PepsiCo’s Tropicana fruit drinks, as well as an 8,500 sf main office, 1,500 sf shipping/ receiving office, repacking and maintenance areas, and an exterior security office. The various departments and areas of the facility are connected by a pneumatic tube system used to process paperwork and streamline operations.
