youell's oyster house

A neighborhood restaurant. The original building was built in the 1800’s and had served many functions over it’s history before it succumbed to an electrical fire in January of 2013. The proposed exterior design of the new building references the original building with it’s gable roof and set back second floor. Part of the roof area above the first floor will serve as an apiary (the owner is a bee keeper) and will also include a vegetative roof area.
